A practical review before pricing
Pricing and lead time depend on the confirmed specification, quantity, packing and trade term.
1. Requirement check
The team reviews the application, grade fields and missing information.
2. Grade direction
A standard or customized grade direction and relevant test fields are identified.
3. Sample option
Standard samples are normally free; the buyer covers international courier cost.
4. Quotation
MOQ, lead time, packing, Incoterm and documents are stated for the actual request.
Trade and delivery
State the delivery basis so quotations are comparable
Qingdao or Tianjin are commonly used; the final loading port is confirmed with the route and trade term.
EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR and CIF under Incoterms 2020; DAP, DDP, CIP or another term requires route-specific review.
T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight are common. The final payment structure is confirmed in the contract or pro forma invoice.
