Product selection
Granular carbon is used in fixed beds where particle retention and hydraulic behavior matter. Powdered carbon is dosed into a liquid or gas stream and must be removed downstream. Pellet carbon supports gas flow through a packed bed.
Raw material direction
Coconut shell, coal and wood based carbons are starting directions rather than application guarantees. Coconut shell GAC is often reviewed for hardness and micropore adsorption, coal GAC for broad industrial adsorption duties, and wood PAC for liquid-phase decolorization and dosing.
Actual performance still depends on activation, pore distribution, washing, particle size, operating conditions and the agreed test method.
Bulk purchasing
Stock, final MOQ, production date, guaranteed values, packing cost, freight, payment terms and inspection scope are confirmed for the specific quotation and contract.
Orders below 1 metric ton are reviewed against the grade, available stock, packing and freight cost.
Standard samples are normally free; the buyer usually covers international courier cost. Sample quantity is matched to the product and test method.
Timing starts after the required order conditions are confirmed.
25 kg bags, 500 or 1,000 kg FIBC bulk bags, and pallet options by order
Specification boundary
Website values describe common or configurable manufacturing directions. Final guaranteed values, methods, tolerances and sampling rules belong in the signed product specification and batch COA.
