1 metric ton standard MOQ
Orders below 1 metric ton are reviewed against the grade, available stock, packing and freight cost.

Selection overview
Food and beverage decolorization should be qualified with the actual process liquid because color bodies, pH and dissolved solids can change adsorption and filtration behavior. Compare candidate PAC grades at equal dose and contact time, then confirm filtration, carryover and destination-specific documents for the selected grade.
Recommended sourcing direction
The figures below are common sourcing references, not an application-performance guarantee. Final grade, test methods and batch limits are confirmed after the operating conditions are reviewed.
| Common particle size | 200 or 325 mesh, specified with a minimum target passing rate |
|---|---|
| Methylene blue | Common target range: 150-200 mg/g |
| Iodine value | Typical supporting range: 800-1,050 mg/g |
| Ash | Common target: <=5-10% |
| Moisture | Typically <=5% |
| Application-specific checks | Caramel or molasses decolorization, iron, chloride, phosphate, filtration time and testing against the actual liquid |

Qualification boundary
Food-contact or drinking-water compliance is not a blanket product claim. Applicable documents and contaminant limits must be confirmed for the selected grade and destination market.
System qualification
The selection process separates system conditions from product properties so the quotation can state relevant tests and acceptance values.
Performance boundary: Operating results depend on the actual system. A sample or pilot result should use an agreed method and representative conditions.

Orders below 1 metric ton are reviewed against the grade, available stock, packing and freight cost.
Standard samples are normally free; the buyer usually covers international courier cost. Sample quantity is matched to the product and test method.
Timing starts after the product specification, packing, order documents and agreed payment conditions are confirmed.
Qingdao or Tianjin are commonly used; the final loading port is confirmed with the route and trade term.
FAQ
Testing against the actual liquid is strongest. Methylene blue, caramel or molasses value, pH, ash, iron and filtration time help compare candidate grades.
PAC must be removed after adsorption. A high adsorption index can still be impractical if the carbon blinds filters, filters too slowly or creates unacceptable carryover.
Documents are reviewed for the selected grade and destination regulation. They are not assumed from a generic food or beverage application name.
