Order quality workflow

Define methods and acceptance values before production

Typical website ranges support RFQ preparation. Contract limits and test methods control batch acceptance.

1. Requirement review

Confirm application, form, particle size, target indexes, quantity and destination.

2. Specification agreement

Separate guaranteed values from typical values and state each applicable test method.

3. Sample evaluation

Use a standard or project sample with a test plan relevant to the buyer's process.

4. Batch confirmation

Review the agreed production-batch results in the COA before shipment.

5. Inspection option

Arrange SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, TUV, CCIC or another agreed inspector if required.

6. Loading record

Loading photographs, container number and seal details can be supplied when agreed in the order.

From evidence to specification

Use the factory review with product and application data

Factory capacity and ISO 9001 documents establish the manufacturing context. Product suitability still depends on the selected grade, operating conditions, test methods and signed acceptance values.

Public document previews

Manufacturing company and quality-system documents

Open a document preview to inspect it. Validity, scope and product applicability should still be confirmed for the specific order.
